Meaning: The more you can handle, produce, & organize - the more opportunity, support, & reward you'll receive. Everything is earned through performance, not through promises and words. Show us your worth, and you'll see ours.

Easy Rules
1.- NO NEW DIRECT MANAGER HIRES
We are not hiring any new direct managers beyond existing agreements. Everyone starts as a petition circulator - equal pay, equal opportunity. Management roles wil only be offered based on proven performance & leadership in the field.

2.- SHOW RESULTS FIRST
Before any special arrangement or manager discussion: Consistent turn ins (daily or near-daily). Accurate & valid petitions with minimal errors. Positive team attitude - no drama, no excuses. Demonstrated eadership by example (showing up early, bringing others, helping them).

3.- BRING PEOPLE, NOT PROMISES
If someone: Brings multiple circulators who turn in petitions consistently, & helps orientate, motivate & coordinate them - that person is naturally functioning as a team leader. Once this is demonstrated through consistent action, we'll formalize their role & compensation accordingly.
4.- THE PROVING GROUND
The office is the proving ground. Turn in petitions regularly, bring others, & build trust. Same-day pay is for performers, not talkers - the system rewards consistent effort.

5.- EARNED ADVANCEMENT
When someone proves reliability & leadership: They can be considered for team lead or manager track status. They'll be given access to additional responsibilities, bonuses, & priorty petition batches. Advancement is performance- based, not personality based. Put in the work & prove it to us, don't try & sell us.

6.- THE GOLDED RULE
No one gets more until they've earned more. Respect is built by doing what others won't - consistently & without complaint that you weren't given special status for free without earning it.
